It is our passion as a community to extend the love of Christ to individuals within the Livermore area, nationally, and even internationally. We believe serving one another through service and financial means continues the pulse of our community and grows us as followers of Jesus. Throughout the year our community provides many opportunities for parish-wide participation in outreach projects both locally and beyond. Our current outreach ministries are listed below.

Kenya Project: Suba Children’s Orphanage

At the Easter 2019 mass celebration, the community of St. Charles Borromeo were called to help renovate and improve the Suba Children’s Orphanage in Kenya with a ‘reverse collection’.

Parishioners were given envelopes filled with cash as seed money and encouraged to use their own creativity, ingenuity, and cleverness to multiply and asked to return it to the parish on the weekend of Pentecost, Saturday and Sunday, June 8 and 9, 2019.
