Photographer Role Description 

We are looking for a Photographer who can create imaging that represents our community while engaging and captivating our audience. The Photographer is an essential role in our Communications Team because they are the ones who humanize the community of St. Charles and inspire our audience through the use of images. The Photographer will connect and enhance our community vision by working with the Communications Team with all functions as it relates to organization wide website, social media platforms, creative and media related duties.

Photographer Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with Communications Team to provide images for website, social media platforms and print.

  • Act as event photographer for community wide events, and functions. Specific events to be discussed.

  • Work towards finding a streamlined process of execution with Communications Team.

Photographer Requirements: 

  • Understand and embrace the vision and goals of St. Charles

  • The ability to adapt to a growing and evolving team 

  • The ability to work independently and remotely 

  • Effective communication skills 

  • Proficient in online communicating  

Photographer Bonus Qualifications (but not required): 

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography or related field
